According to the description of Organic law 15/1999, of Personal Data Protection (LOPD) and its development norm, the person in charge of the web site, accordingly to the description of articles 5 and 6 of LOPD, informs all the web site users who give or will give their personal data, that these will be introduced into an automatized file registered in the Spanish Agency of Data Protection.
The users, by ticking the box, accept freely and with no restriction that their personal data shall be used by Grapes & Barrels SL for the achievement of the following:

The same way, Grapes & Barrels SL applies all technical and organization means necessaries to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data they receive, in order to avoid their loss, modification and/or access by non-authorized third parties.

USE OF COOKIES AND ACTIVITY FILE
